We know COVID-19 is the last thing you want to talk about. Both having kids, grandparents, compromised clients and loved ones, we will be wearing masks during cold and flu seasons. We are leaving it up to you! If you are wanting to wear a mask. We have paper ones if you’d like one that you can throw away. If you would like us to make sure we are masked, please just let us know at your appointment.

  • We take full safety and sanitation seriously. We wipe all surfaces with isopropyl alcohol, use barbicide and high level barbicide (tb) to disinfect all tools and implements.

Cancellation


We ask for a 24 hour notice if you know you have a conflict with your appointment day and time.


Emergencies



We also totally understand that emergencies are complicated. Staying in contact with your stylist is the best option.
This way, we currently don’t ask for deposits for appointments or fees for cancelling or no show. We have a 3 strike policy in place.

Repeat offenders
If you; as our client become a repeat offender canceling last minute or no showing 3X. We will no longer book your appointments unless you’re willing to either put a 50% non refundable deposit down to secure the appointment or put you on a wait list if a spot becomes available.
